Commercial Manager Mexico North Vegetables (ML)
·Work with different teams and ensure delivery of results, very important to support the organization to prioritize time and workload. Ability to manage short term while thinking on the mid and long term.
·Able to challenge the organization and distributors to pursue business opportunities, while growing the business on the different key segments
·Capable of establishing a clear vision for the region, identifying opportunities and analyzing the business to set the direction to the Sales team
·Account Planning of 100 % of top customers by sub region on the main segments
·Establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base to drive opportunities through various routes to market.
·Work with internal stakeholders to remove obstacles that may prevent sales from happening, while owning regional sales budget/forecast/SG&A (operational and execution).
·Act as Customer Champion on the Monsanto In Touch program to properly listen, learn and act, on the different Touch Points and Pain Points of our customers driving our NPS score.
·Ability to gain respect from sales team fast. Ability to establish very strong relationships inside and outside of the organization from breeding to customer ops, TD, Marketing and our different channel partners. Very clear in communicating priorities and needs
·Support the creation of a Customer Focused Organization and provide recommendations based on the strategic alliances that we build with our different Channel Partners.
·Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Level of studies required Bachelor
Study areas Engineering, business, finance, Marketing Graduate studies on business is highly desired
Experience needed 9 to 10 years of experience in TD or sales in vegetables, 5 to 6 years as supervisor of people (solid as people supervisor)
Experience areas Very Results oriented, organized, self-motivated and independent. Fast at understanding trends and opportunities. Highly proficient in communication skills and strong leadership. Travel 65% of time.
Knowledge of long range planning, budgeting.
English requirements Bilingual: Spanish English
