Global Change Readiness Manager

We are seeking a motivated Global Change Readiness Manager. This position will be located in St. Louis, MO, reporting to our Global Change Lead.

This position will lead the change readiness strategy, design and governance, culture and technology adoption solutions to enable preparedness for transformation. This person will lead and train others to facilitate impact assessments of change and cultural diagnostic research, in addition to measuring and monitoring the evolution of the change. The change readiness manager will need to use qualitative and quantitative tools and analysis to identify transformation gaps and provide strategic recommendations and plans for mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead change readiness strategy and adoption across the AM2020 program, in collaboration with global, regional and site change managers – work alongside project leaders to drive alignment and accountability for the preparing of our teams for change
• Create a systematic process for capturing key cultural and change readiness insights (through in-depth 1-on-1 interviews, focus groups and surveys)
• Establish a process for assessing the impact of the change to determine needs for future state success and expectations for key stakeholders
• Develop an actionable formal and informal “enablers” process to embed the change into the culture and support the continued transformation at the site level and off-site
• Design and deliver training related to the items above to build capabilities for regional and site level change teams to implement for their sites/teams
• Provide recommendations for a governance model and ongoing support structure to sustain the changes after initial implementation
• Coach regional change and HR colleagues, regarding expectations for participation in the change readiness process, including onboarding and training
• Establish process for monitoring progress and benefits realization:
o Measure and report change progress throughout implementations, e.g. new behaviors, adoption of new practices and follow up after the implementation to ensure continuing adoption and sustainment
• Develop and sustain meaningful relationships to drive performance, build alignment, influence and execute
• Communicate with presence and influence in both formal and informal settings, preparing and presenting persuasive written and verbal materials to executive-level leadership and/or large audiences
• Recommend appropriate new or revised change management tools and practices; stay current with industry best practices/innovation
• Create a strategy for internalizing the change readiness process, including approach for sustaining and enhancing the change readiness process
• Support multiple preparedness initiatives across MES, AI, ASP and MPS
• Capable of working autonomously or collaboratively as part of a team with a 'sleeves rolled up' approach


Required Skills/Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts with demonstrated results
• Organizational change management or org design/development certification
Preferred Experience:
• Master’s degree in business, Organization Development (OD), organizational psychology, communication, HR or comparable experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing process, organization transformation and communication to large audiences.
• Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis.
