The Brand Manager will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and programs, that support the brand portfolio strategy to build brand equity, maximize profitability and earn the number one position with our customers. This position will be located at DEKALB Vietnam Office in HCMC and is a member of the Marketing and Products Management Team and reports directly to the Marketing Lead, Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan and programs to meet/exceed annual objectives which includes current and future traits and service innovations
• Utilize market intelligence and market research to assess trends in the marketplace and integrate into the marketing planning process
• Development, implementation and measurement of brand messaging and tactics on a national, regional and customer basis that support and drive the brand position
• Develop and oversee allocation of business resources establishing clear measurement and analyze results with key leadership and sales
• Set clear direction with key stakeholders that will optimize investments of programs, tactics, promotions and other marketing resources
• Develop and maintain complete knowledge of the industry, track competitors and the impacts it represents to our business and customers

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of classical marketing and brand management experience
• Solid understanding and ability to use the marketing mix
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute promotional programs that increase brand equity
• Demonstrated creative and conceptual thinking capabilities
• Ability to lead key stakeholders (management, peers, field sales, etc.) through challenges and opportunities
• Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Must be able to develop, foster and utilize broad base of networks at all levels of the organization to achieve objectives
• Ability to lead and influence activities of cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships
• Must have demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Results orientation with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
