In charge of the execution of the defined trading strategy, on both the barter and the selling parts of the operation. Active player on the market performing sell contracts with exporters and as main commercial responsible for specific sales regions of the company.

Main Activities/Responsabilities:
  • Trading
    • Grain commercial representative for specific asigned zones, with the responsibility of origination volume and customer port/destination logistics coordination.
    • Be the trading contact for its customers, also providing support to commercial networks, sales reps. and marketing teams on all Barter Contracts matters. Collaborate with both exclusive and independents channels.
    • Negotiation for special prices and conditions on specific customers from its protfolio.
    • Design and implementation of Commercial Plans and Conditions to leverage company sales and collection process, by minimizing risks and maximizing commercial opportunities.
    • Responsible for a product/group of products selling on the market, by interacting with Brokers and in direct operations with Exporters, etc. Follow up to contracted terms, signature, invoicing and collection process, etc.
    • Designat processes on all the activities, maintaining compliance as a must.
    • Support NPS and Customer Centricity, with follow up and improvement plans.
    • Key Contact for systems developments, improvements, etc. by aligning with peers and sharing knowledge.

Required Qualifications:
  • Solid experience in similar rol
  • Ability for logistics conditions and pricing negotiation
  • Leadership
  • Analtical skills
  • Short and long term planning skills
  • English fluent
Other Required Qualifications:
  • CRM schemes/definitions, comm’l network and business knowledge are a plus
  • FOB operations prior experience is a plus
