Sr.MIS & Data Analyst

Summary –
Role is responsible for reporting Metrics on Service Level Agreement KPIs with analysis and insights of GSS process operations performance.
Key Responsibilities :
  • To prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual complex reports including analysis and explanation to deviations
  • To participate metrics reports discussion meetings with Functional leader level
  • Develop and maintain complex analytical models requiring extensive and advanced use of MS Excel to facilitate the process.
  • To report Management information like LRP, Budget Vs Actuals, Cost per transaction, FTE evolution, etc.
  • To prepare and submit Credit reporting accurately and timely manner
  • Supports ad-hoc data and analysis requests from Leadership and various functional leaders of operations
  • Participation in Organizational Initiatives & Contribute Process Improvements through Standardization/Automation
Required Skills & Qualification
  • Graduate with specialization in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
  • Should have 2-4 years of finance/accounting experience;  with Minimum 2 year of MIS/Reporting experience
  • Strong background in operational/financial metric best practices at a global level strongly desired
  • Very Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (including complex Excel formulas, Power point waterfall charts, tables) and ERP (SAP)
  • Experience in Collating data, conducting analysis, creating reports and insightful report writing in support of metrics that helps business in making decisions. Analysis includes but not limited to financial performance metrics;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with changing priorities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Results oriented with a proven track record of successfully driving continuous process improvements
  • Focus on customer support and driving consensus across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
