Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep knowledge of Soybean market and technologies to provide meaningful insight.
    Drive the implementation of MKT & Commercial plans that enable INTACTA’s integrity.
  • Align collection objectives and sales volume to meet business needs.
  • Help to provide integrity to Intacta’s system and technologies to come.
  • Lead negotiations with customers. Build direct productive relationships with them, working mainly with farmers and interacting with retailers.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders: CREA, AAPRESID, etc.
  • Design strategies to collect more farmers and turn them into clients.
  • Develop a demand generation plan to increase Intacta MS vs RR1.
  • Understand customers’ and Monsanto’s business cycle and use that knowledge to anticipate needs.
  • Align objectives to meet Business goals and metrics

• Knowledge of soybean market (main stakeholders) and identification of partners.
• Effective Communication and good interactions with internal and external customers.
• Technical and commercial experience.
• Sales techniques, persuasion and negotiation.
• Control Methodologies: Example control board.
