Solution Manager Analyst

Monsanto's IT Enterprise Systems Organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to become part of a team that provides processes and services ensuring the integrity of the SAP landscape and the effective delivery of new ERP solutions. The role will be a part of the Global ERP Quality Services Team and will interact with IT management and technical teams across all regions.


The Solution Manager Business Analyst role will report into Enterprise System's Global ERP Quality Services Team. Primary responsibilities include implementation and support of Solution Manager tool sets. This includes production support of ChaRM, OTO, Service Desk, Job Scheduling, and implementation of tools such as BPMon, BPCA, and CDMC.


The position will work closely with multiple cross functional / global teams to support the design, development and implementation of the Solution Manager platform. Additional responsibilities include maintaining Solution Manager's standards, procedures and documentation; providing support to the business and technical community; maintenance and administration of the Solution Manager training program; performing routine Solution Manager administrative tasks; and executing issue resolution processes as necessary.


The successful candidate should possess a strong desire to implement and enforce best practices and standards across a global, cross functional organization.
Required skills/experience:


  • BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

  • 2 years of applicable experience

  • Experience with SAP configuration and preparing functional specifications for ABAP developers


Desired skills/experience:


  • Experience with SAP's Solution Manager / ChaRM, and / or SAP's CRM applications

  • 5+ years of applicable experience

  • Ability to drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge and apply technical alternatives
